I bought this senville 24000 btu mini split off of amazon it was delivered by semi truck they called and set up a time to deliver and showed up when they said they would product looks nice but doesn't include the condensate line or the wire to go in between the two units and the manual is translated into English but its not proper very unhelpful the measurements are in cm not inches hard to follow and makes little sense I have not finished installing yet so I'm unsure of its performance and longevity but install is not a breeze ill update once up and running

Very classy unit. I used to have one of those expensive Japanese units, did not even show me the temperature. Just a light to show unit is on or off. My new Senville Aura unit has a beautiful thin Blue light across the indoor unit. It shows indoor/outdoor temperature. The Blue spots of light shows what mode the unit is on. As mush as I can say it is still not enough! You must experience it yourselves.
