Well, after doing a lot of research and checking out the reviews here and in other places, I chose to purchase Diversitech 3 Ultralite Condenser Pad, 24 x 42. Though I 'd have chosen a much better guarantee, I chose the functions were attractive enough to try it. It is a lot of money to throw away if it falls short simply after the warranty. I am completely in love with this product. It is high quality item, clever functions. I just got it today, and I will update my testimonial later on if needed.

Diversitech Ultralite Condenser Pad is an outdoor 3 Condenser Pad that features a textured surface which prevents the condensing unit of a ductless split system air conditioner or portable generator from sliding, and allows water drainage, while the engineered encapsulated polystyrene (EPS) core prevents warping and provides a solid bottom to resist settling. UltraLite Condenser Pads are strengthened by miles of fiber in each square foot of fiber-cement coating. This fiber allows the pad to flex instead of cracking or breaking. The 24 x 42 x 3 ultralite pad is unaffected by soil conditions, ultraviolet (UV) light, temperature extremes, and other weather conditions.

You know how the concrete pad under the outside HVAC unit sinks into the ground from the vibration after a while. It happens more often if the builder's people neglected to use gravel under the pad. Anyway, when it was time to raise and re-level our pad I started looking around. It seems, that pads like the DiversiTech Ultralite are the wave of the more advanced current. The look replicates a roughly finished concrete pad, but underneath you'll discover a core of dense styrofoam. First impression was that this might be too cheaply made a product to hold up. Moving on, we installed it anyway, and not only was it a smartly done pad, it also provided the unadvertised benefit of acting as a system silencer. That may not mean much to you, but our house is so quiet that the heat pump cycling on is almost startling. Now, it's like someone snuck in and stole your alarm clock letting you sleep in. What a tremendous difference!
