This review maybe a bit early since it has only been in operation in my home for just over a month and here in Florida the heat and humidity is just now starting to rise.
First let me make something VERY clear. The installation of this unit is not as simple as putting in a window or wall unit. Sure, the price here looks great for a well respected brand name and is energy efficient but before you order, be sure you have consulted with an experienced installer .
Where I live in St. Lucie County Florida, we have a program called SELF, Solar Energy and Loan Fund organization which is non-profit. They provided the loan and reccommended reputable companies for this installation. My home has only 600 square feet of living space. I had been relying on a 10,000 BTU Frigidare Wall AC which is now over 13 years old! It was loud to say the least and I had to turn my TV up to almost full volume and practically yell when talking to someone. Also, my electric bill began to...
