Company has been unresponsive to problems
I would say that I am totally happy with this product, if it weren't for the fact that I seem to be having a problem with one of the units, and the company has been unresponsive to my complaint. I am still attempting to get Amazon to take over the complaint process for me, and I am certain that they will protect my purchase, but I barely have the time to keep writing to the company to check in on the status of my complaint. Otherwise, the units are attractive and were easy to install. They're super quiet, too.
